Parking lot lighting not used so at night is a little sktchy security wise

We had a fine stay on her business trip.

The location turned out to be marvellous. We liked our brand-new and bright room on the first level...

The staff was amazingly friendly and very accommodating. Our room was very clean and organized and every afternoon they gave us fresh towels and made her bed. The location was amazing it was easy access to anything we wanted to go to. The price before a holiday weekend was incredible we stayed August 31 through September 3 and it was $100 a night. And the breakfast bar oh my God the breakfast bar was so so great!

The bed was too firm for me but I am back sensitive. There were a few cosmetic things that needed to be fixed in the room like the corner of the entertainment center was missing, the showerhead in the bathroom you couldn't adjust the water flow, & The amazing night light that's on the walk was a little too bright. The Wi-Fi was very slow but hey it's free Wi-Fi. In our downtime when we did watch TV there were a lot of channels that were very fuzzy or you could see a picture but there was no sound

Bathtub in our room was filthy dirty, so were the outside grounds & needs even some decent landscaping, weeds need to be pulled & plant some flowers & plants! Yuck!

Curiosity got me

I found myself needing rest after camping and stumbled into this spot. The staff were friendly, and while my room was nice, I ran into a few hiccups-a musty smell and a faulty refrigerator. The complimentary breakfast saved the day though was great.

Nite crew not able to override computer. Poor communication between shifts. Disturbed even WITH a "Do not Disturb" sign. Does crew not read English? Manager VERY fair at credit for problems.

The location of the hotel in Holland is comfy, just off Attractions-Clean and Quiet, downtown area and nearby eating places. Moreover, getting to the lake on foot takes 20 minutes. The property rooms are brand-new and exceptionally clean with a good breakfast.

Almost perfect.

Comfortable beds and 24-hour reception, but cleaning could be much better.

The eggs were rubbery, since you asked. Bed was comfortable Handicap room was quite adequate. The staff was wonderful.

A quick dusting every day would have helped.

The common areas were bright and cute. The staff was attentive and were really good too assist us comfortably.

Some areas could use better lighting and maintenance.

Rooms were just okay not enough outlets need to update the rooms out of the 80's

Easy to get to, quiet end of town. Easy access to nearby eating places.

Nice hotel with great amenities like free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a fitness center. The staff helped me find dining options on my first stay, which I still remember. Highly recommend it for a romantic escape!

Staff was very friendly and also helpful in pointing out places of interest. the facility was clean. Breakfast was included, and offered more of a variety than most continental breakfasts I've had at other hotels.
